To this end, we are committed to:

  2. Equipping drivers with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed through ongoing training, mentorship, and regular engagement, including toolbox meetings.
  3. Recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance to foster motivation and a culture of excellence, including a structured Drivers’ League Scheme.
  4. Applying fair and consistent disciplinary action, as per our policy, to address and correct performance issues when necessary.

Driver Training Program

We believe that continuous training is essential to professional, safe, and effective service delivery. Our training program is categorized into:

  1. Induction Training – For new hires to familiarize them with our systems, expectations, and safety standards.
  2. Mandatory Training – Required before any driver is assigned to operate a truck.
  3. Planned/Refresher Training – Ongoing learning to strengthen skills, introduce new practices, and reinforce safety culture.

Driver League Scheme

We understand that recognition and healthy competition are powerful motivators. Our Drivers’ League Scheme is designed to:

Driver Mentorship Program

To support less experienced drivers, we promote our most seasoned professionals to serve as Driver Mentors. These mentors offer personalized guidance using a variety of techniques, including:

  1. Classroom instruction
  2. Driving simulations
  3. Video-based feedback
  4. Performance assessments
  5. Goal-setting exercises
  6. In-cab mentorship

Training is categorized into induction, mandatory and planned.
Mandatory training is required before a worker is assigned to a truck.

Driver Mentoring

Our experienced and senior most drivers are promoted to driver mentors to provide guidance, instruction, and support to the less experienced drivers in order to help them develop safe and effective driving skills.
