Roy Transmotors Limited was established in 1977 as a limited liability company in the Republic of Kenya under the Companies Act (CAP 486, Laws of Kenya). Starting with a modest fleet of trucks, the company played a pivotal role in the early development of Kenya’s Eastern Province—particularly in Meru District, where its first head office was based.
Under the visionary leadership of Executive Chairman Mr. Mukhtar Rahemtulla Omar, Roy Transmotors has grown steadily over the decades to become one of the leading transport and logistics providers in the Eastern Africa region.
